Jonathon began his exploration of the possibilities of ceramics in general pottery and that's where he returns from time to time to create more spontaneous or practical and sometimes humorous work. This work may be  in paperclay for almost impossibly delicate effects or standard earthenware for practicality but also extends to stoneware for effect or durability.
